BEST OF 2015: My Top Five Concerts of the Year

2015 has come to an end, and people have made their "Best of 2015" lists. That is why I decided to create a "Top Five Concerts" of 2015. Creating these lists can be difficult since so much can happen in 365 days. In this entire year, I have gone to twelve concerts (WAY less than last year). Most, if not all, were INCREDIBLE. But here it, my list for the top five concerts of 2015.

NUMBER FIVE // THE NEIGHBOURHOOD

This was the second time I saw The Neighbourhood live. It was a birthday present from my dad since the concert was the day before I turned 20. Although it was one of the more chiller concerts I've ever went, the band gave it their 120 percent into the entire show. They played songs from their latest album "Wiped Out!". That made me very excited (and willing) to purchase the album on iTunes. Not to mention, they played their most popular single "Sweater Weather." Overall, the engery from the band and crowd is what moved me the most.

NUMBER FOUR // ALL TIME LOW @ THE THEATER AT MADISON SQUARE GARDEN

It's about to be a month since I saw All Time Low for the second time. What made this different from the first time I saw them was how close I was to the stage. Showing up ten minutes before doors opening and still getting third row is always a good thing. And although I was glad I didn't get kicked in the head by a crowdsurfer, I felt like that was what was missing for this concert. But overall, I enjoyed the fact that they played my favorite songs from their latest album "Future Hearts." They also played some oldies, such as "Remembering Sunday." It makes me excited to see them again.

NUMBER THREE // POP TARTS' CRAZY GOOD SUMMER WITH JHENÉ AIKO, RIXTON AND JESSIE J

I would just start off with saying that I usually enjoy a concert more when they give out tickets for free. Second, I've been a fan of Jhené AIko for a couple of years now. So meeting her and being front row for her set was incredible. And as always, I have to see Rixton whenever they're in New York City. They always have the MOST AMAZING stage presence I've ever seen. They always love interacting with the audience. Meanwhile Jessie J stole the show with her amazing voice. If they ever went a full U.S tour, I would definitely go and see them.

NUMBER TWO // FALL OUT BOY

I have been obsessed with Fall Out Boy since I was a little girl. Which made me not care that I had to take a three hour commute to New Jersey to see them. It also didn't matter that I was all the way in the back. It also didn't matter that I had to endure Wiz Khalifa performance. I just wanted to see one of my favorite bands at least ONCE in my life. They played so many of their older songs, along with some newer ones. I almost cried while seeing them. I really hope that I get a chance to see them again.

NUMBER ONE // ALL TIME LOW @ JBL LIVE AT PIER 97

Out of all the concerts I went to, this was the first time I ever saw All Time Low from very close up (for only showing up ten minutes before doors opened). This was also one of the few concerts where there was literally NO pushing in the general admission pit. Plus since it was their last show for their United States tour, the band put in so much energy to bring on an amazing show. I was also glad to see many songs from their latest album Future Hearts. In my opinion, seeing All Time Low live in concert is always the greatest thing ever.

I'm so excited to see what 2016 has in store for me!
